TRYKZ EQ release notes
v1.1.1 (18 July 2026)
- Natural and Linear phase modes fixed: both linear-phase modes now pass audio correctly. A kernel scaling error had made them output silence on some systems; only Zero Latency was unaffected.
- Correlation meter: the meter now holds a stable reading on silent or near-silent passages instead of showing a misleading value.
v1.1.0 (17 July 2026)
- No clicks, ever: frequency, gain and Q moves now glide at the coefficient level, and master bypass crossfades, so fast edits and automation never zipper or click.
- Phase Fix modes: Safe keeps correction away from the low end so kick and bass never gain pre-ring; Balanced corrects the full band; Strong uses the tightest kernel for maximum accuracy.
- Polarity repair: a POL? indicator lights when the source stays out of phase, and one click inverts a single channel with a smooth glitchless ramp.
- Bigger, clearer metering: the LUFS, true peak and correlation blocks were widened and rebuilt with one large primary value each.
- Analyser upgrades: display tilt (flat, 3 or 4.5 dB per octave) and a freeze control.
- Gain staging: master INPUT knob joins OUTPUT, plus a MATCH toggle that loudness-matches the processed signal for fair comparisons.
- Preset library grown from 35 to 60, including TRYKZ Signature workflows (Phase Safe Master Bus, Correlation Guard, Kick Bass Handshake), true mid-side presets, and new instrument, genre and dialogue categories, with previous/next browsing and an unsaved-changes indicator.
- Interface: the photo-real 3D knobs now keep their full depth during every drag and at every window size, the top bar was rebalanced, and the advanced controls gained concise tooltips.
v1.0.0 (14 June 2026)
- First release: 24-band parametric and dynamic EQ, three phase modes, Phase Fix, oversampling to 8x, EBU R128 loudness and true peak metering, correlation display, mid/side per band, external sidechain, A/B, undo/redo.
